The 47th Tamar DA Annual General Meeting will take place at 3pm on Saturday 2nd March 2024, at South Hill Parish Hall, Golberton, Callington.
Notices of motions and nominations for committee must be sent to Hon Sec by Tuesday 2 January 2024, secretary@tamarda.co.uk
If you feel you may be able to help and enjoy being part of a team, please put yourself forward to join our committee and help run YOUR club it’s not too late to join the committee for the 2024 season, nomination forms are available via the DA website and in your Camping Chatter.
As part of the DA’s sustainable approach, printed copies of the papers for this years AGM will not be provided. AGM papers will be made available electronically and emailed to members prior to the meeting. If would like a copy of the AGM papers emailed to you, please email secretary@tamarda.co.uk. Papers will be emailed to members 10 days prior to the AGM.
