Dear Club Secretaries,
I hope this email finds you well.
As you may be already aware, the Club operates member campsites at the well-known Warners events throughout the year and I am currently seeking additional stewards to help operate the members campsite at ‘The National Motorhome & Campervan Show’, which is being held at the East of England Showground between the 17 – 19 April 2020, and I’m hoping that you might be able to forward my email to your Club Unit Stewards?!
We ask that any potential volunteers have good experience of operating Club Meets and Temporary Holiday Sites, and we would ask for the following of the proposed team:-
Maintain the Club’s friendly and professional reputation at all times
Ensure the safety of Club members onsite
Marking out pitches in readiness of campers
Safe pitching of members in accordance to Club and/or Warners rules and guidelines
General administration of arrivals/departures
The Club will be covering travel expenses at the normal Club rate, elements of Club uniform will be given, and camping pitches will be provided along with access to the main show.
We ideally require three couples or 6 people in total to join a team for the entire show, which will be onsite from 15th – 20th April 2020 inclusive ready for marking up pitches and accepting arrivals from the Thursday.
