THS Booking Information

TEMPORARY HOLIDAY SITE (THS) BOOKING GUIDE

Tamar DA is delighted to welcome members to our Temporary Holiday Sites (THS). To help make the booking process simple and stress-free, please follow the steps below.

  1. Complete the Online Booking Form

    Visit the THS webpage and fill in the online booking form with your details.

  2. Booking Confirmation

    Once your booking form has been received, our Booking Officer will send you a confirmation email within 7 days. This will confirm the booking.

  3.  Pay Your Deposit

    To secure your pitch, please send a £20 deposit within 14 days of booking.

    ·         Deposits are non-refundable.

    ·         Please note that if your deposit is not received within 14 days, your pitch may be released for other members.

  4.  Pay Your Full Site Fees

    The remaining balance for your stay should be paid at least 14 days before the THS opens.

    ·         Please note that if your site fees are not received in full 7 days prior to the THS opening, your pitch may be released for other members.

  5. Enjoy Your Stay!

    When you arrive at the THS, please remember to bring your Membership Card(s) for checking in.

 

If You Can’t Attend

If you find that you’re unable to attend after paying your site fees, you may request a refund for the site fees (excluding the deposit). All requests will be discussed and agreed by the Tamar DA committee. To do this, please email, the THS Booking Officer. Please include the following information in your message:

  • Your booking dates

  • Your membership number

  • The reason for non-attendance
