Weekend Meet Bookings Are Now Open!
Great news — online booking for our weekend meets is now live on the DA website!
Each meet has its own reservation form, so please fill out and submit a form for every meet you plan to attend. That helps us make sure we know who’s coming and everything is ready for you.
Once you’ve submitted a form, you won’t hear from us again unless there’s a problem with your booking — so no need to worry about extra messages!
If something comes up and you can’t make a meet you’ve reserved, please let us know as soon as you can by contacting our Sites Officer at:

For some of our weekend meets, we need payment in advance. This helps fulfil a requirement from the site owners, who ask for confirmation and payment ahead of time.
You can make these advance payments securely through the DA website — they’re handled by a trusted payment provider linked to our site.
Booking for these events will close 14 days before the meet, so please make sure to get your reservation and payment in before then.
After you’ve paid, you’ll get confirmation directly from the payment provider.
We totally understand that plans can change!
If you cancel before the booking deadline, you’ll automatically receive a full refund.
If you need to cancel after the deadline, we’ll consider it in exceptional circumstances, and it must be approved by the Tamar DA committee.
