Weekend Meet Booking Information

How to Book Your Weekend Meets — Step‑by‑Step Guide

1. Go to the DA Website

Head to the Weekend Meets section on the DA website to see all upcoming meets.

2. Open the Event Page for the Meet You Want

Each weekend meet has its own event page — click on the one you’re interested in to see full details.

3. Fill Out the Reservation Form

On the event page you’ll find the reservation form directly within the page.

✔ Fill in your details on this form
✔ Submit the form

👉 You must complete and submit a separate form for each meet you want to attend.

4. What Happens After You Submit

Once you’ve submitted the form:

✅ You’ll only hear from the DA if there’s a problem with your booking — otherwise, no news is good news!

If plans change and you can’t attend after you’ve booked, please let us know as soon as possible by contacting the Sites Officer at:

5. Advance Payment (Where Required)

Some meets require payment in advance:

💳 Make your payment securely through the DA website — the system uses a secure payment provider linked to the site.

📅 These bookings will close 14 days before the event — this is at the request of the site owners.

👛 After payment is processed, you’ll receive confirmation from the payment provider.

Refund Information

Here’s how refunds work for events that require payment:

Cancel before the booking deadline:
You’ll automatically receive a full refund.

Cancel after the deadline:
Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances and must be approved by the Tamar DA committee.
