Directions: head west on the A38 towards Bodmin, then take the A390 towards St Austell, and follow signs to Carlyon Bay, where you'll find the campsite near the coast.
For the 2026 weekend meet at this site, bookings will need to be paid in advance and will close 14 days before the event. This is a requirement from the site owners, who have requested confirmation and payment ahead of time.
We understand that plans can change, so the DA will automatically honour full refunds for any member who cancels before the booking deadline. Refunds after this date will only be considered in exceptional circumstances and must be approved by the Tamar DA committee.
