Electric Hook up at Watergate Bay

Guests at Tamar DA will receive 6kWh of electricity per unit each day. This allowance is based on Ofgem’s figures for a medium-use household of 2–3 people (around 7.3kWh per day) and should be more than enough for the average camper’s needs.

Electricity use is monitored through the handy METPOW app, which can be downloaded from the App Store or Google Play before arrival. For those who don’t have a smartphone or prefer not to use the app, the friendly reception team at Watergate Bay will be happy to set up an account on-site.

If guests happen to use more than the daily 6kWh allowance, there will be a small additional charge – nothing to worry about, just something to keep in mind while enjoying the stay.
