Site Information

1. ALWAYS stop at the stewards before proceeding onto the site and will you remind any visitors that you may be having that rules applies to them as well.

2. ALL site fees are per family unit (TWO adults and any children under the age of 18 years), unless otherwise stated. Any additional adults 18 years or over (21 if passed their Youth Test) will be charged half site fees.

3. 3.ALL adults attending meets who are 18 years or over MUST be members.
   

4. 4.SPEED limit is 5 mph (normal walking pace) this includes bicycles.
   

5. NO part of a chemical toilet should be taken to the drinking water tap.

6. ALL Animal should be on a lead of 6 ft or less.

7. 7.IF you are thinking of using a generator please check with the stewards on your arrival.
   

8. 8.CAMPERS wishing to camp together are to arrive together.

Band A - Under £5

Band B - £5 - £7.50

Band C - £7.50 - £10

Band D - £10 - £15

Band E - Above £15

The above is based on per night excluding electric

Special Notes

Membership Cards

Membership cards must be shown on request at ALL meets.  Failure to show your card may include you inability to camp at the weekend meet.  Don’t forget your cards!

Non-Members

Over 18’s that are not Club Members are not permitted to attend weekend meets.  Make sure if inviting others to attend weekend meets with you, that they are full members!
