“Jeremiah’s Journey is a Plymouth based charity that offers support and information to children and their families when someone special has died. On their website http://www.jeremiahsjourney.org.uk you will find more information about who they are and what they do as well as useful information for parents/ carers or professionals supporting bereaved children. There are sections just for bereaved children and teenagers. You can find out how you can support them personally on their fundraising pages.
